Tenant Work:
This work is comprised of nine floors of Class A office build-out, approximately 273,000 SF divided into three phases. Floors 8, 9 and 20 (Phase I), 7, 21 and 22 (Phase II) and 23, 24 and 25 (Phase III) with completion dates for Phase I July 13, 2012, Phase II July 27, 2012 and Phase III August 17, 2012 respectively.
Building Improvement Work:
The Building Improvement Work consists of nine floors of elevator lobby renovation and ten floors of public bathroom renovation (Floor 2 bathrooms included in Phase III). This work is scheduled in three phases also and matches the final completion dates and floors as listed above.
us/assure (Zurich Insurance) Tenant Buildout, Jacksonville, FL
The new offices for us/assure will include approximately 44,000 SF within a one-story existing building located in the Cypress Business Park. The space will include offices, open area for systems furniture, reception area, training rooms, conference rooms, a break room, butler’s pantry, I.T. room and other support spaces.

on 300 acres located approximately 15 miles northeast of Philadelphia's Center City. The
project was completed on time for the grand opening.
